1. Digital Product Delivery
Since all our offerings are digital in nature (such as online classes, downloadable materials, access to practice software, and eBooks), no physical shipment is made.

You will receive access to the purchased services as follows:

Courses & Batches: Access is granted via email or through your student dashboard within 1–6 hours of successful payment.

eBooks or PDF Materials: Instant download links are provided after payment, or sent via email within a few hours.

Class Recordings & Notes: Shared through registered email, Google Drive, or the Steno School app.

2. Login Credentials / Access Links
Make sure to provide a valid email address and phone number during checkout to avoid delay in access.

If you do not receive access within 6 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

3. Delivery Support

4. No Physical Shipping
As we currently do not ship any physical goods, there are no courier tracking numbers, delivery charges, or shipping timelines applicable.

5. Failed Delivery Scenarios
In case:

You entered a wrong email address

You did not receive access after payment due to technical error

You are unable to download or view content

Please email us with your payment receipt and the correct details. We will manually verify and resolve the issue promptly.
